ORDER GUIDE

To place your order, please complete our on-line Order Form. As soon as we receive your completed form, our manager or a local authorised Heart Diamond Partner will contact you with confirmation and to obtain payment details.

PAYMENT
100% pre-payment will be required upon submitting the on-line form. You will have a chance to discuss your preferred method of payment with our local representative when he or she contacts you.

SENDING US HAIR
Please place the hair into a sealed, zip-locked plastic bag and mail it to us via registered mail. After the package is sent, please e-mail the shipping details of your package either to us or your local representative with whom your order was originally placed.

Please note: 0.5-2 grams of hair will be required for creation of your diamond.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
As soon as we receive your container, you will be issued with your own individual Heart Diamond ID number. You can then use this special number to track the progress of your order through our website.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Your Heart Diamond will be delivered to you via registered mail or by courier. The shipping details for your diamond will be emailed to you in advance.

Alternatively you can also write us with your enquiry to info@anniversarydiamonds.co.uk or call us on 0845 680 1317. In your equiry please indicate desired colour, size and cut of the diamond, and a piece of jewellery, if you have selected any.
