RETURN POLICY

The diamond is created from client’s material. This diamond is unique to you and therefore it can not be returned unless one of the following is true:

The colour of the Product is different from the one ordered (orangey-yellow, greenish or deep red). However it can not be returned if it is of a different shade of colour that you expected (see Terms and Conditions for further information).
The cut of the Product is different from the one ordered.

However, should the weight of the finished Product turn out to be less than that agreed in the Purchase Order, we will reduce the price of the Product respectively. Should the weight of the finished Product turn to be more than that agreed in the Purchase Order, we will not increase the price of the Product.

In view of the complex technology of creation of the Product, the Product may not be created on whatsoever reason. In the event of an industrial accident that occurred through our fault and resulted in an unintentional loss of the Product in the process of its creation, if the Product cannot be created anew from the remaining materials (samples of the buyer's hair or ashes), we shall immediately notify the fact thereof to the Buyer and refund the money received.

How to return

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and inform us if its specification (colour / cut) differs from the specification in the order form by calling 0845 680 1317.

We will then give you an address where to return the product and the name of the postal services company to use.

Once we receive the returned product and when we accept the reasons for the Return, we will refund the cost of the Product to you in full.
